Three friends from high school came together with a clear plan for their future - the pursuit of the goal of building the perfect company for them and their employees. During their student days at Faculty of electrical engineering and computing, they started their “journey” - developing products that can be useful, recognized and accepted by the market. Like many other students at their Faculty which are recruited even before graduation, Nino Malbašić, Luka Vranješ, and Kristijan Kecerin just waited to get that “piece of paper” in order to achieve what they always wanted - start their own entrepreneurship journey together.

While studying, they also participated in many software development and business development contests and their solutions were recognized by the industry and potential clients. One of their most successful student works is the application Teamy, which connects teams and players for recreational sports activities.
“During the last year of studying at University, we began to develop an idea about starting a software development agency - 3topia. One of our first projects as an agency was a cross-platform mobile application for United Hatzalah - Israeli-American humanitarian volunteer organization for medical emergencies.”

Even though they have just started they are growing their team and have already employed a designer.
“It’s very strange that this particular field of industry does not have more entrepreneurial initiative. There are many software companies out there but the market is too big, so we are not in competition with each other. We mostly work for American clients but we are also collaborating with other software agencies on parts of their projects.”
